GUN TRAINING 101

We will systematically condition your dog to be fearless of the gun shot during hunting. If your dog can already hunt and respond well to obedience in the field, but has never been properly introduced to gunfire.....this is the training you need. We will evaluate your dog overall and make sure their recall is spot on, and they can locate, and hold point reasonably well before we start introducing the gunfire. Intro to gunfire with a dog is a very specific process that should NEVER be forced too soon or incorrectly. You have a 70% chance of creating a GUNSHY dog if you rush this process. We will make sure it is done right.

Your dogs Recall MUST be spot on prior to this training.

Hunting 101 or 201 or equivalent required

Does not include the costs of live birds.
